Sergi is your receptionist on the night shift and talks about himself

Hello! My name is Sergi Francino "Schumi" and I was born in Barcelona on April 3, 1970. Currently residing in the Grà cia neighbourhood in the same town and working at Hotel Curious.
My role in Hotel Curious I think is very varied. Primarily working as a receptionist at night and try the rest of our customers is peaceful. Apart from ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities during the night in the Hotel I work as a receptionist and give customer service, look through the reservations we receive, update room availability in the internet portals, and when it's time I make inventory of clothing that comes to ensure hygiene that characterizes our rooms and outbuildings. Finally, in early morning, it's time to prepare the buffet breakfast, which surely will enjoy!
I love the kind of work I do because I'm fascinated by relationships and is very gratifying to help customers.
In short, you see, this is the summary of my work at the hotel. My position could be defined as commercial, administrative, organizational and maintenance sometimes.
I like the Hotel Curious because being one star hotel I think is a much higher class. Furthermore the excellent location and value for money, what distinguishes us and I like most is the treatment of proximity that try to provide our customers, which makes them feel at home. Other aspects such as hygiene and our services make Hotel Curious be your place in Barcelona. I think we should increase category, although this is currently very difficult.
I believe that Barcelona has a Special Color perceived by both who live in it and our visitors. A city that from the dawn brings life, multiculturalism, personality, food, service ... In short, an endless emotions. I am sure you will love. The weather, the hospitality of its people, its privileged location, surelly will help you have a great time in the spots of this beautiful city.
When recommending places to visit, I've got not enough words. Sure our visitors are coming prepared with their guidebooks, but I recommend do not hesitate in asking when they reach the Hotel. A part of GaudÃ, the Gothic Quarter, the mountain of Montjuïc, museums, Sagrada Familia... sure I can help you find that place that does not appear in the guide and it will give you another view of our city.
