Who are the Three Wise Men?
The story goes that the Three Wise Men were three kings following a star to Bethlehem from Babylon (or Persia, depending on the version), to bring some present to Jesus: frankincense, myrrh and gold. Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar are their names.
It is a tradition that every year, the children write a letter to the Three Wise Men asking for toys they want to be brought and during the Parade, they deliver the letters. The night of 5 to 6 January, the Kings go through all households, while the children sleep, leaving the toys they have asked in their letters (only if the Three Wise Men consider that they have been good kids all year long). If they don't think so, they bring coal!
They arrive to Barcelona this afternoon at 4pm by sea and they land in the MOLL DE LA FUSTA. They will do the following route.
Happy Twelfth Night!
